Casa de Pirata is facing the ocean displaying the magnificent views of Banderas Bay from inside and from the large stone patio connected by the stone walkway with the Main Beach.
Solar electricity with capability to recharge electronics, indoor bathroom, shower, hot water, hand crafted furnishings, full kitchen, hammock, 2 folding beach chairs, patio table and bench, lounging chair.

2011 SEASON RATES IN $USD

2 NIGHTS rates November 1- July 31 (1-2 persons): $395 USD, each additional person $100 USD for 2 nights
20% non refundable deposit is required to hold the reservation.
80% balance needs to be paid 21 days prior to your arrival.

Cancellation policy:
if you cancel the reservation 20-14 days prior to arrival, we will refund 60% of your total charges
if you cancel the reservation 13-7 days prior to arrival, we will refund 50% of your total charges
if you cancel the reservation 6-1 days prior to arrival, we will not refund any monies

Above terms apply to the last minute reservations.
Individual payment policies apply to groups over 6 persons.
