Very, very small chance for a passing rain, mostly blue skies, chilly at night, chilly boat ride, warm days. Ocean is cool and active to very active, rare swimming and snorkeling. Green vegetation.

manta jumping, whale and bird watching, sun bathing, jungle exploring, swimming. Wave jumping (if you dare), night sky and moon rise watching, hammocking, making bon fire, fishing, beaching and a lot of doing nothing.
Humpback whale watching is particularly exciting. Every year, during these months, a large number of humpback whales come to our bay to give birth, nurse their calves, and mate giving the opportunity to see these beautiful giants in their own environment. Seeing whales is a heart arresting experience. Sometimes they come so close you can hear their breath and see their eye pointing at you.

March 20 - April 14

No rain, clear skies, ideal temperatures at night and day, warm enough water for swimming, ocean might be still active making the water murky for snorkeling. Very beautiful time to be here. Dry, fresh, and very blue.
activities:
sea kayaking to nearby cave, to Chimo, or just to watch the sunset, hiking, possible but not the best swimming and snorkeling, fishing, bird watching, manta jumping watching, sun bathing, jungle exploring, night sky watching, hammocking, making bon fire, beaching and a lot of doing nothing.

April15 - June 30
temperatures: 76F-88F
Blue skies, ideal temperatures at night and day, possible short evening storms starting mid June. Trees blooming. May and June are amazing for playing in the ocean.

August 1-October 30
temperatures: 84F-91F
Hot and humid during the day and night. Almost daily powerful night tropical rain storms. The jungle is beautiful, green, lush and blooming, insects plenty and annoying. The ocean is very warm. Oppressive humid heat. High chance of rain during the day especially in September and October.
activities:
snorkeling and swimming in August, staying in the shade, hoping the water would be cooler, thunder lightning across the bay watching. In September and October wishing the rain and humidity would stop.
